Service

Dos Inquietos offers a personalized travel advisory and planning service. Our fee covers the day-by-day itinerary design, the selection and booking of accommodation, internal transport and activities, logistics organization, a digital travel guide, and advice throughout the entire process.

We are not a package tour agency. We work with a 100% transparent model: we tell you the cost of everything before booking and send you each provider's invoice. You review and approve every expense before it is confirmed. No surprises, no fine print.

Support during the trip

We provide remote support for logistical matters of the booked itinerary (schedule changes, issues with confirmed bookings, operational questions), with an expected response time of up to 24 business hours. It does not include 24/7 on-call or in-person assistance.

The service does not include

In-person accompaniment during the trip, immigration procedures, or medical or travel insurance. The client agrees to arrange travel assistance insurance on their own.

Advisory fee

The advisory fee varies by destination and is paid in two installments:

  • 50% at the start of the planning process
  • 50% before the departure date

The fee covers the advisory service exclusively. Hotels, flights, transfers, and activities are additional costs, approved by the client before booking.

Payments and authorizations

We accept international credit and debit card payments through secure payment platforms. The payment link is sent by email. We do not handle cash.

Visa Mastercard American Express

It is the client's responsibility to enable international payments with their bank and to have the necessary funds and payment methods before each booking, as well as a backup method in case of declines. Price increases due to delays caused by bank declines are the client's responsibility.

Every booking or charge is executed only after your written authorization (email or WhatsApp in text), stating the amount and purpose. Email is the official channel for authorizations and confirmations; WhatsApp is accepted for minor one-off authorizations and questions, always in text.

Prices for hotels, flights, transfers, and activities are dynamic and may vary between the quote and the actual booking. We always inform you of the updated price before booking.

All transactions are protected by industry-standard security protocols. We do not store card data.

Liability

Dos Inquietos acts as an intermediary between the client and travel service providers (hotels, airlines, local operators).

We are not liable for cancellations, modifications, or issues caused by third-party providers, weather conditions, force majeure events, or changes in immigration policies.

Documentation and minors

It is the client's sole responsibility to verify the validity of passports (for all travelers, including minors) and to obtain visas, vaccines, travel permits, and authorizations for minors required by the countries on the itinerary. We provide guidance on these matters but are not responsible for missing or expired documentation.

Dos Inquietos' total liability is limited to the amount of the fee actually paid, except in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

Itinerary changes

Once you confirm the itinerary, it is final. Subsequent changes require a new quote and may involve additional fees, always communicated in advance. Bookings already made are subject to each provider's policies.

Cancellation policy

  • Before itinerary design starts: 100% refund of the fee paid.
  • After the itinerary is delivered: the initial 50% is non-refundable, as it covers the planning work already done.
  • Hotel or flight booking cancellations: subject to each provider's cancellation policy. Dos Inquietos handles the refund request but does not guarantee approval by the provider.

Privacy

Client personal data (name, email, ID, passport) is used exclusively to manage the authorized bookings and is never shared with third parties beyond the providers required to complete the bookings.

We comply with Australian data protection legislation (Privacy Act 1988).
